• Supplier data you upload: hotel, transfer, activity, flight and train rates.
• Client and quote data: traveller names, contact details and quote briefs you create.
• Usage data: log data, device information and diagnostics to keep the Service reliable.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to operate the Service, generate quotes and PDFs on your behalf, provide support, secure the platform and improve features. We do not sell personal information.

3. AI processing

When you generate quotes, relevant supplier and brief data are sent to our AI provider to compose itineraries. AI providers process this data on our behalf and do not use it to train their models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email and AI) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep account and quote data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion at any time by writing to us.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level security in our database and role-based access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
