Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Qwotify platform (the "Service"), provided by Qtech Dynamics ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and on accounts of team members you invite.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use it to spam clients. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes you send.
3. Quotations and pricing
Qwotify helps compose quotations from data you provide. Flight fares, currency conversions and third-party rates shown in the Service are estimates. You must verify final pricing with your suppliers or airlines before issuing a booking to a client.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Kenya Shillings. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are offered for partial months.
5. Content and IP
You retain all rights to the supplier rates, client data and quotes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this content to provide the Service. All software, trademarks and platform IP belong to Qtech Dynamics.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance or update features from time to time.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a limited period before it is deleted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
